‍We make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, however there may be times where items are unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund, or a choice of another product.

‍Shipping
‍Our products can either be shipped to your chosen address or picked up from our farm in Ashbourne, South Australia. Shipping costs for VermiGold™ Liquid Tonic and VermiGold™ Fertiliser Pellets will depend on the product and quantity purchased as well as the delivery address. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. We endeavour to send products at a competitive price using reputable courier and shipping providers.Free Express Shipping is available with the purchase of VermiGold™ Live Compost Worms and Live Bait Worms. Live worms cannot be sent to Western Australia and Northern Territory due to quarantine restrictions. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of your order being placed.

‍Return Policy
‍We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect products ordered and all purchases are final.If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is unopened and intact, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.If we supply a faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

‍Free Sample
‍Businesses in the agriculture, horticulture, viticulture sectors or other commercial farming industry may be eligible to receive a free 5 litre sample bottle of VermiGold™ Liquid Tonic. VermiGold will determine which businesses are classified as eligible. If you are deemed eligible and are based in South Australia your sample will be shipped to you at no cost. If you are based within the rest of Australia, you will be required to pay a discounted shipping fee to receive your sample.
